The HCR100S is the electric version of the HCR100 tamping rammer: a 3 kW motor in place of the 5 HP petrol engine, the same 20 kN impact force through the same 315 × 280 mm shoe, and 20 kg less on the scales at 70 kg. It jumps 460 to 650 times a minute with a 40 to 65 mm stroke and is rated to a 300 mm depth effect. It is the rammer for work under a roof — basement backfill, plant rooms, lift pits, closed sheds — and for any site that already has a supply and would rather not carry fuel in.

Topall Impex supplies it from Delhi with spares in stock and commissioning at your site.

HCR100S or HCR100

From this machine’s side the question is simple: can you get a cable to the work. If yes, the HCR100S gives you the same 20 kN and the same blow rate with no fuel, no exhaust, less noise and 20 kg less to lift into a pit. If the work is a trench across a road with nothing to plug into, the 5 HP engine driven HCR100 at 90 kg is the only practical option, and the RM80 is the same engine at 80 kg. Impact force, shoe size and depth effect are identical across all three, so you are choosing on drive and site, not on compaction.

The 3 kW motor

Three kilowatts is enough to lift 70 kg through a 40 to 65 mm stroke at up to 650 blows a minute without bogging down on stiff clay. Run it from a properly rated supply and a cable heavy enough for the length — an undersized lead drops the voltage, the motor runs hot and the blow rate suffers. We will tell you the cable size at commissioning.

Where the electric rammer earns its place

Basements and podiums are the obvious case, but housing sites in built-up areas are another: neighbours tolerate a motor far longer than an engine, and an electric tamping rammer keeps a compound wall backfill moving without a complaint. Plant rooms and pits where the rammer has to be lowered in are easier with the motor unit too, because at 70 kg it is the lightest of the three and there is no hot exhaust to keep away from the sling.

Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
