The QUM-96 is the widest ride-on power trowel we supply to Mumbai: 2440 × 1140 mm of working diameter on the Dynamic R-999 36 hp engine, 435 kg and a 40 litre tank. It goes to contractors finishing logistics parks and factory halls around Mumbai in large panels, where the extra engine holds rotor speed on stiff concrete at the end of the window and the extra width cuts the number of passes and overlaps.
Contractors with smaller or less frequent pours are usually better served by the QUM-80 at 310 kg or the QUM-78HA at 365 kg, both on the Honda GX690 24 HP, which shares service knowledge with every other Honda machine on a Mumbai site.
