The HTG IVC-F65L is a heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner built for concrete dust. A 2.2 Kw / 3 Hp motor pulls 350 m³/h of air through a 50 mm hose, and the whole machine weighs 68 kg — light enough for two people to carry up a stair flight when the next room is on the floor above.
It runs on a 220 V or 110 V supply, so it plugs into an ordinary socket or a 110 V site transformer. Flooring contractors buy it to sit behind a walk-behind grinder or an edge tool; maintenance teams buy it for dry dust clean-up in plants and warehouses.

Choose the IVC-F65L when the grinder is mid-sized and the job moves around a lot. At 68 kg and an 82×60×111 cm pack it is the easier of the two to transport, and it gets to upper floors without a hoist. The IVC-33L is the bigger machine: 3.3 Kw, 537 m³/h, a choice of 50, 63 or 80 mm hose and 105 kg, and it is the right partner for the GX65, GX688-4A, 800LE and 955LE. If your fleet is the 550-3V, the 580-2 or the GT-630, the F65L keeps up and costs less to buy and to run.
Airflow is the number that decides whether dust stays inside the shroud. 350 m³/h through a single 50 mm hose is sized for one mid-sized grinder or hand tool at a time. Keep the hose run short and straight, because every extra length and tight bend takes suction away from the shroud, and empty the collection before it is full rather than after the suction drops.
Most of our grinders take 380 V three phase. The IVC-F65L takes 220 V or 110 V, so it runs from a separate point and leaves the three-phase supply to the grinder. The catalogue lists the cleaning method as By Stretch, and our commissioning shows the operator when and how to clear the filter during a shift — which is what keeps the 350 m³/h figure true in the afternoon as well as the morning.
