The FVR 600 is a hydraulic-drive vibrating roller built for the everyday compaction work that road, municipal and site contractors handle day after day. With a 30 KN centrifugal force, a 70 Hz vibration frequency and a 430x600 mm drum, it consolidates soil, gravel, aggregate and asphalt into a uniform, load-bearing surface.
At 550 kg it is light enough to move between sites on a small tipper and to work along kerbs, trenches and approach roads where a ride-on roller cannot reach, yet heavy enough to deliver a finished density that holds up under traffic. Electric start, an automatic vibrating clutch and a 35 litre water tank keep operation simple through a full shift.

The FVR 600 and FVR 850 share the same 30 KN centrifugal force and the same 10 HP engine. What separates them is drum width — 430 mm against 580 mm — and 200 kg of operating weight. If your work is trenches, kerb lines and patch repairs, the narrower drum is the right machine and the extra width would only get in your way.
Step up to the FVR 1200 only when you are compacting base course or open carriageway. It carries 50 KN rather than 30 KN, and that difference is about layer thickness, not about how well either machine finishes.
The 3.6 litre fuel tank runs roughly a half shift, so plan a midday top-up rather than expecting a full day. The 35 litre water tank matters on asphalt: run the drum dry and it will pick up bitumen and tear the mat you have just laid.
Routine maintenance is the vibration bearing and the hydraulic hoses. Both are stocked in Delhi.
