Two machines for the parts of a building job that happen above ground and out of reach. A suspended platform, called a gondola on most Indian sites, hangs from the roof on steel wire ropes and carries workers and material up and down the face of the building for plastering, painting, glazing and cladding. A concrete placing boom stands on the slab being cast and swings the end of the pump line across the floor, so concrete lands where it is needed without a gang dragging pipe over the steel.

Which one
They solve different problems, so most buyers need them at different stages of the same building. The placing boom earns its keep during the structure, slab after slab. The suspended platform comes in once the frame is up, for the facade work that follows. Contractors who carry a tower from foundation to finishing buy both.
What they cost
Price on request, usually quoted the same working day. For the platform, the main driver is how many sets you need to cover the facade on your programme. For the boom, tell us the pump you run and the slab sizes you pour, so we can confirm the 12–14 m radius covers them before we quote.
Platform or scaffolding, boom or pipe gang
External scaffolding covers the whole face at once, but it has to be erected, inspected and struck again, and it ties up material for months. A suspended platform is rigged from the roof and moved from drop to drop as the work progresses. In the same way, a placing boom replaces the pipe gang: without one, workers uncouple and carry the last lengths of pipeline across the reinforcement every time the pour moves.
Power
Both run on 415 V, 50 Hz. The ZLP 800 hoists are 2.5 HP each, fed through 100 m of 2.5 mm × 5 core cable from a single control panel. The HGD12 uses two 0.75 KW motors. Plan the supply at roof or slab level before delivery.
