The LS-400 is the stand-on version of our concrete laser levelling range, and the step up from the LS-325 when the pour area is large enough that walking the machine stops making sense. The operator rides the machine, which cuts fatigue over a long pour and keeps the screed head moving at a steady rate.
It paves 2500 mm wide against the LS-325 working length of 2.6 m, at a thickness of 30 to 200 mm, driven by a 24 HP Honda GX-690 petrol engine with a 35 litre fuel tank for extended runs. A Topcon laser generator drives the levelling, with laser scanning and a high-sensitivity control system that handles both flat surfaces and graded floors.
Levelling is by independent suspension with centre rotation, which lets the screed head follow the slab rather than the machine frame. Drive is hydraulic through heavy-duty tyres, with stepless forward and reverse at 0-2.5 km/h and switch-controlled turning. Operating weight is 865 kg.

The LS-400 is the right machine when you are pouring open industrial slabs in large panels and the constraint is how fast concrete can be placed and struck off. On floors broken up by columns, bays and access restrictions, the walk behind machine will finish more square metres in a day despite being smaller.
Placing range is 30 to 200 mm, which covers most industrial floor and topping work in a single pass. Laser control handles flat and sloped floors, with the scanning system and high sensitivity push rod holding the plane across the panel rather than only at the screed rails.
