A precast yard or a bar bending yard lives on throughput and repeatability. Manual stirrup bending cannot keep pace with a pour schedule, and it cannot hold a tolerance across a shift, which means cages that need adjusting on site and bar that is quietly wasted every day.
CNC stirrup bending, and what it actually changes
Our CNC automatic stirrup bending machines take rebar straight off the decoiler and produce finished stirrups without manual marking, cutting or bending. The GTD4-10S handles 4-8 mm single wire and 4-6 mm double wire at about 2000 pieces an hour. The GTD5-12D takes 4-12 mm single wire and 4-10 mm double wire at about 2400 pieces an hour, for yards running heavier bar in volume.
Both hold length tolerance at plus or minus 1 mm and bending angle tolerance at plus or minus 1. That is the number that matters. Every stirrup in a bundle is identical, so cages assemble without adjustment, bar wastage drops, and one operator supervises the machine instead of a team bending by hand.
