The HGD12 is an electric concrete placing boom that distributes pumped concrete across a slab from one fixed position. It slews through 360° with a placing radius of 12–14 m, carries a 125 mm concrete pipe and spreads concrete at a height of 1–5 m. Two 0.75 KW motors run it on a 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz supply, and the machine weighs 1200 KGS.

It does not pump concrete itself. It takes the line from your stationary pump and does the job the pipe gang would otherwise do: moving the discharge point around the slab. At a 12–14 m radius, one setting covers a circle roughly 24 to 28 m across.

Buyers are contractors pouring repeated floor slabs on residential and commercial towers with a stationary pump, where hauling pipe over the reinforcement on every pour costs time and disturbs the steel.

HGD12 or moving the pipeline by hand

Without a boom, every change in pour position means uncoupling, carrying and re-coupling pipe across the mesh, with a gang of workers doing little else. The HGD12 replaces that with one operator swinging the boom to the next bay. Compared with a truck-mounted boom pump, it needs no access road beside the building, and it belongs to the site, so it is there for every pour rather than booked by the day.

In this range its companion is the ZLP 800 suspended platform, which takes over on the facade once the structure is complete.

Reach, height and pipe

The 12–14 m radius and 360° slew decide how many positions a slab needs, so plan the pour around them: fewer moves means fewer cold joints and a faster pour. The 1–5 m spreading height lets the discharge clear column starter bars and edge formwork, and the 4 m mast section sets the boom above the working level. The pipe is 125 mm, a common concrete pump line size; confirm your pump's line before ordering.

Electric drive

Two 0.75 KW motors on 415 V three phase keep running costs low and mean there is no engine and no exhaust on the slab. Plan a three-phase point at slab level on each floor the boom will work from.

What is included

Delivery, commissioning on your slab with your pump connected, and training for the boom operator. Spares are held in Delhi.

What Contractors Say About Topall Impex

M
Manoj Verma Flooring Contractor, Delhi NCR

Topall ke machines ka biggest benefit mujhe project productivity mein dikha. Site requirement ke according machine select karne mein team ne support kiya aur installation ke baad operators ko proper briefing mili.

R
Rajesh Jain Civil Contractor, Gurgaon

Construction machinery mein purchase ke saath after-sales bhi equally important hota hai. Topall ke case mein commissioning aur operator training properly mili. Spare availability ke baare mein bhi team clear thi, isliye overall experience positive raha.

S
Sanjay Sharma Infrastructure Contractor, Noida

Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
