The HCR100 is a 5 HP petrol engine tamping rammer that strikes the ground at 20 kN through a 315 × 280 mm shoe, between 460 and 650 times a minute, with a jumping height of 40 to 65 mm. It is rated to a 300 mm depth effect and weighs 90 kg. Road and utility contractors buy it for trench reinstatement across live carriageways; building contractors buy it for footing and retaining wall backfill where a plate compactor will not fit and a roller is out of the question.

Engine drive means it needs no supply, which on a trench line in the middle of a road is the only practical arrangement.

Topall Impex supplies it from Delhi with spares in stock and commissioning at your site.

HCR100 or HCR100S

The two machines share the same 20 kN impact force, the same 315 × 280 mm shoe and the same 460 to 650 blows a minute, so the choice is about drive and weight. The HCR100 carries a 5 HP petrol engine and weighs 90 kg; it goes wherever the fuel can is carried. The HCR100S swaps the engine for a 3 kW electric motor, drops to 70 kg and belongs indoors — basements, plant rooms, closed sheds — where running an engine in still air is a safety problem, not a nuisance. If most of your work is outdoors and away from a supply, this is the machine. The RM80 is the third option: the same 5 HP engine at 80 kg, for gangs that want a lighter petrol unit.

Why impact, not vibration

A vibrating plate settles sand and gravel by shaking the particles into a tighter packing. Clay and silty backfill do not behave that way; they need to be struck. The rammer lifts its 90 kg through a 40 to 65 mm stroke and drops it through a shoe not much bigger than a sheet of paper, and 20 kN arriving on that area compacts cohesive soil to a 300 mm depth that a plate would only skate across.

Working it in layers

The 300 mm depth effect is the number to plan around. Backfill in layers no deeper than that, ram each one, and the trench holds under traffic. Fill the trench and ram the top, and the surface looks fine until the first monsoon. Our commissioning covers layer depth and pass count, not only starting the engine.

What is included

Delivery, commissioning at your site and operator training. Wear items — the shoe, the bellows and the shock mounts — are stocked in Delhi rather than ordered against a container.

Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
