The LS-325 is a walk-behind laser guided concrete levelling machine for industrial floors where flatness is written into the specification and has to be proved. A Topcon laser generator and Dynamic receiver feed an AC servo control system that adjusts the screed head continuously, holding ground flatness within 2 mm and elevation error within 7 mm over 100 m.
It works a 2.6 m width and lays 200 to 350 square metres an hour, which comes to roughly 800 to 1000 square metres in a working day. Because it is walk-behind rather than ride-on, it gets into bays, around columns and into the corners of a shed where a large boom machine cannot reach, which is why most contractors run it alongside a bigger machine rather than instead of one.
Drive is through an Italian PHASE system with stepless adjustment, and the eccentric vibration motor runs at 300 Hz against a 100 kg centrifugal force. Power comes from a Honda GX200 engine. At 230 kg the machine is straightforward to move between pours.

The LS-325 is walk behind with a 2.6 m working length and weighs 230 kg. The LS-400 is stand-on, pours to 2500 mm width and weighs 865 kg. Both hold flatness to about 2 mm and both run Topcon laser control, so the finished specification is the same.
Choose on the shape of the pour. The LS-325 works around columns, into bays and through doorways, which is most extension, refurbishment and mid-size industrial work. The LS-400 earns its price only on open slabs poured in large panels.
Between 200 and 350 square metres an hour, and realistically 800 to 1000 square metres in a working day once setup, laser calibration and pour logistics are counted. Quote from the daily figure rather than the hourly one — the hourly rate assumes concrete arriving without a gap.
A levelling machine only holds flatness if it is calibrated against a correctly set laser and the operator understands slope adjustment. We commission on your slab, calibrate against your instrument and train your operator before we leave.
