Not sure this is the right size?
Tell us the material, the area and the specification you have to meet. We will tell you which machine fits — and which one is more than you need.
The CWT40 is a 1000 mm walk-behind power trowel on a Honda GX160 at 5.5 hp, weighing 85 kg, and it is the walk-behind we supply most often. It floats and finishes floors of up to a few hundred square metres per pour — commercial units, warehouse extensions, basements, aprons — and it is an unbranded machine that keeps the Honda engine, so it runs on a remote site without a specialist mechanic behind it.
A metre of working diameter is the widest walk-behind we supply, so it covers a small floor in fewer passes than a 900 mm or 600 mm machine, while at 85 kg it is still steered by one operator through the handle. Pans go on for floating, blades for finishing, on the same machine.
Supplied, commissioned and supported by Topall Impex from Delhi, with blades and pans held in stock.
CWT40 or CWT24
Both run the Honda GX160 at 5.5 hp. The CWT40 is 1000 mm and 85 kg and does the field of the floor; the CWT24 is 600 mm and 53 kg and does the edges, the column surrounds and the rooms the 40 cannot turn in. On a floor with a lot of perimeter the two work as a pair. If you are buying one machine for general work, buy the CWT40; if the work is corridors and plant rooms, buy the CWT24.
CWT40 or a Beton BT-90H
The BT-90H is 900 mm and 120 kg on the same engine, with the Beton Trowel name and its parts line behind it. The CWT40 is 100 mm wider and 35 kg lighter, which makes it the easier machine to move and the lighter one on the pan. For a contractor who runs Beton ride-ons the BT-90H keeps the fleet common; for everyone else the CWT40 is the sensible buy.
When a walk-behind is enough
Below roughly 500 square metres a walk-behind finishes the slab before a ride-on has been unloaded. Above that, overlap between passes becomes uneven when an operator walks a large floor, and a ride-on such as the QUM-80 takes over. Most crews keep the CWT40 for small pours and for the edges of large ones.
Engine
The Honda GX160 is the most widely serviced small engine in India. Its parts are available in any district town, which is why we keep it on the unbranded machine.

What Contractors Say About Topall Impex
Construction machinery mein purchase ke saath after-sales bhi equally important hota hai. Topall ke case mein commissioning aur operator training properly mili. Spare availability ke baare mein bhi team clear thi, isliye overall experience positive raha.
Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
Topall ke saath mera experience sirf machine delivery tak nahi raha. Machine site par commission karna aur operator ko practically samjhana unka strong point laga. Equipment lene ke baad confidence raha ki issue aaye to support available hai.
