The FVP219 is a concrete roller screed paver designed and made in India by Topall Impex for cement concrete roads, yards and pavements. It spans the full width of the pour on the side forms — 3 m, 5 m or 7 m as standard, and customised to other widths on order — and in one travel it spreads, vibrates, strikes off and finishes the concrete to a paving thickness of up to 300 mm.
Topall introduced the FVP219 as the first cost-effective roller screed paver for PWD and MCD contractors: a machine that brings mechanised paving to CC road packages that were being screeded by hand, at a price those contracts can carry. It is built with an Indian control panel, so electrical parts and service come from here rather than through an importer.
A single auger on its own 5 hp motor moves the concrete across the width, so the rollers are never starved at one end and overloaded at the other. Between 3 and 7 needle vibrators, depending on the build, consolidate the full depth of the slab. Two 219 mm rollers then strike off and close the surface, with a 3 hp motor for vibration and lifting and a 5 hp travelling motor carrying the frame forward at a controlled pace. What it leaves behind is a dense, level surface ready for floating and texturing.
The CVS-25 vibrates a 2 m or 3 m blade that the operator still pulls by hand, and it remains the right tool for bays, ramps and odd shapes. The FVP219 takes over when the pour is continuous and the mixers arrive faster than a screeding gang can keep up. On a CC road that means even compaction through a thick slab and a level riding surface with a smaller crew.
Order the width that matches your usual lane or carriageway. A 3 m machine suits single lanes, footpaths and yard bays; 5 m suits two-lane colony and internal roads; 7 m covers a full carriageway in one pass. If your standard section is different, the frame can be built to it, since the machine is made here.
Delivery to site, erection on your forms, commissioning on the first pour and operator training. Rollers, augers, motors and panel parts are held in Delhi, with support from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Chennai.
