The HTG IVC-33L is the larger of the two High Tech Grinding industrial vacuum cleaners we supply. A 3.3 Kw / 4.5 Hp motor moves 537 m³/h of air, and the hose can be 50, 63 or 80 mm in diameter, so one vacuum can serve a large grinder, a hand tool or a general clean-up. It weighs 105 kg.
It is bought by flooring contractors running heavy grinders on big slabs — warehouses, logistics parks, factory floors and car parks — where the grinder makes more dust than a smaller unit can clear, and by plants that need a vacuum cleaner for industrial use on production floors.
Topall Impex is the exclusive India partner for High Tech Grinding and supplies the IVC-33L from Delhi, most often together with a XINGYI grinder.
The IVC-33L gives you about half as much suction again as the F65L — 537 against 350 m³/h — and a hose range that runs up to 80 mm. Put it behind the 15 Kw GX688-4A, the 800LE or the 18.5 KW 955LE, where a wide grinding head throws dust across a broad front. The F65L, at 68 kg with a single 50 mm hose, is the lighter choice for the 550-3V and 580-2 class and for jobs where the vacuum has to go up stairs. The extra 37 kg on the IVC-33L comes with the bigger motor and is rarely a problem on a ground-floor slab.
The 50/63/80 mm hose options are what make this a flexible machine. The 80 mm bore carries more air with less loss over a long run and is the one to use behind a wide grinding head. The 63 mm suits mid-sized machines, and the 50 mm connects to hand grinders and edge tools and gives a faster air speed at the nozzle for clean-up. A 220 V or 110 V input means the IVC-33L does not compete for the three-phase point your grinder is using. The cleaning method is printed as By Stretch. On a big floor it is the filter that decides afternoon suction, so our commissioning covers clearing it at breaks rather than waiting for the airflow to fall away.
