Information on this website
Technical specifications published here are reproduced from the manufacturer catalogue. We publish them as printed and do not inflate them. Manufacturers do, however, revise their machines, and configurations vary. Confirm the specification with our team in writing before you place an order. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
Where a price is shown it is indicated as a starting price. It is exclusive of taxes, freight, insurance, installation and any optional accessories, and it is subject to change. The price that applies is the one in our written quotation.
Photographs are for illustration. The machine supplied may differ in colour, decals or minor fittings.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve stock. A binding agreement comes into existence only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing, or when we accept your purchase order.
Delivery, installation and operator training
Delivery timelines quoted are estimates in good faith and depend on stock, transport and site readiness. Where installation, commissioning or operator training is included, it will be stated in the quotation. Correct commissioning matters: a laser guided levelling machine that is set up incorrectly will not hold the flatness it is capable of.
Warranty
Machines carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, as stated in the quotation and the documentation supplied with the machine. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, consumables such as blades, pans and diamond segments, damage from incorrect operation, unauthorised repair, or use outside the machine's rated capacity.
Because this is industrial equipment supplied against a specification and often commissioned on site, machines are not sold on a trial or return basis. Any claim is handled as a warranty claim, not a return. Raise it with us in writing with photographs and the machine serial number and we will attend to it.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and images on this website belong to Topall Impex or to the respective manufacturers, and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand names and model numbers appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the equipment we supply.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
