A base that has not reached density will rut under the first season of loaded traffic, and no amount of surfacing above it will save the job. What road contractors buy from us
Our vibratory rollers run from 30 KN to 50 KN centrifugal force. The FVR 600 handles kerbs, trenches, approach roads and the confined corners a ride-on machine cannot reach. The FVR 850 spreads the same force over a wider drum for faster coverage on steady road work. The FVR 1200 is the heavy machine, 50 KN through a 540 x 800 mm drum at up to 8 km/hr, for highway base, runway aprons and large yards.
Alongside them we supply plate compactors and tamping rammers for trench backfill and patch repair, where a roller simply will not fit.
