The GT250 is a walk-behind scarifier for taking material off concrete and asphalt surfaces. A drum carrying 108 cutters spins against the floor across a 250 mm working width and mills away 1 to 4 mm, removing coatings, laitance, road markings and high spots and leaving a textured surface that a new screed or overlay can bond to.
It runs on a 415 V, 50/60 Hz, three-phase supply and weighs 140 kg, heavy enough to keep the drum biting into the floor but still manageable to move between rooms and levels on a working site.
It is bought by epoxy and PU flooring applicators, repair and waterproofing contractors, and maintenance teams in factories and car parks who need to strip a surface back to sound concrete before anything new goes on.
The GT250 cuts; the Sino S300 grinder abrades. Where there is real thickness to remove — a failed epoxy system, thermoplastic lines, a lip at a joint, a weathered top — the scarifier gets through it in far fewer passes. Where the slab is sound and only needs profiling for a thin coating, the S300 leaves a flatter surface and collects its own dust. Contractors who do both kinds of work run the two together: GT250 first, S300 to finish.
Set the depth to the job, not to the maximum. At 1 mm the GT250 opens up laitance and gives a key for a coating; towards 4 mm it removes coatings and levels steps between slabs. Taking too much in one pass slows the machine and wears the cutters faster, so two passes at a moderate setting usually finish sooner than one heavy one. The 108 cutters are wear parts and are replaced as a set, so the drum stays balanced.
A CQF concrete cutter puts a narrow, deep slot into a slab; the GT250 takes a thin, wide layer off it. Use the cutter to define the edge of a repair and the scarifier to clear the area inside it.
Delivery, commissioning on your supply and operator training on depth setting, drum changes and cable handling. Cutter sets and wear parts are held in Delhi, with support from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Chennai.
