Not sure this is the right size?
Tell us the material, the area and the specification you have to meet. We will tell you which machine fits — and which one is more than you need.
The QUM-80 is a twin-rotor ride-on power trowel used to float and finish concrete floors once the slab has set enough to take the machine. Two pans and eight blades work a 1900 x 915 mm width, which covers large floor areas far faster than walk-behind trowels and gives a more consistent finish because the operator holds a steady line rather than walking the machine back and forth.
Power is a 24 HP Honda GX690 with a 12 litre fuel tank. Rotor speed runs at 120-140 rpm for finishing work, and the pans are made from 3 mm manganese steel, which is what you want on a machine that spends its life dragging across green concrete. Disc diameter is 940 mm and combination blades are supplied.
It pairs naturally with our LS-325 and LS-400 concrete laser levelling machines: the levelling machine sets the level, the trowel brings the finish. At 310 kg it is manageable to load and move between pours.
Topall Impex is the exclusive India partner for Dynamic and supplies the QUM-80 with parts and service from Delhi.
Ride-on or walk behind
Below roughly 500 square metres a walk behind trowel is usually the sensible machine. Above that the QUM-80 pays for itself quickly: twin rotors covering 1900 x 915 mm move several times faster than a walk behind, and because the operator sits in one position the overlap stays even.
That evenness is the real argument. Walk behind work on a large floor leaves banding where passes overlap unevenly, and on any slab that has to meet a flatness specification, banding is what the specification finds.
Blades and pans
The machine ships with combination blades and two pans in 3 mm manganese steel. Pans float the slab and blades finish it, and you will use both on the same pour. Manganese holds an edge far longer than mild steel on abrasive concrete, which is why we supply it as standard rather than as an upgrade.
Both are consumables. We hold blades and pans in Delhi so a floor programme does not stop for a worn set.
Timing decides the floor
The most expensive mistake on a power float is going on too early. Start before the slab takes weight and you bring water and fines to the surface, and the floor dusts for years. Wait too long and the blades will not cut. Our commissioning covers reading the slab, not only driving the machine.

Reviews for QUM-80 Ride-On Power Trowel
Machine large slab work ke liye genuinely useful hai. Productivity increase hui aur finishing team ka workload better distribute ho gaya.
Long working hours ke dauran ride-on trowel ka comfort practical laga. Floor finishing ka overall consistency manual method se better control mein raha.
QUM-80 ke saath finishing speed kaafi improve hui. Large warehouse floor par machine ne expected performance diya.
Starting mein machine size dekhkar thoda hesitation tha, lekin large pours mein iska benefit clear hai. Operator ko controls samajhne mein Topall training useful rahi.
Machine ka twin-rotor setup large slab areas ke liye kaafi effective laga. Finish uniform mil rahi hai aur manual trowelling ki dependency reduce hui.
Large concrete floor projects mein QUM-80 ne hamara finishing time kaafi reduce kiya. Ride-on design ki wajah se long shifts mein operator fatigue bhi comparatively kam raha.
