The S300 is an epoxy flooring grinder from Sino, built to prepare concrete floors before an epoxy, PU or other resin coating goes down. A 5 Hp motor turns the grinding head at 1450 rpm across a 300 mm working width, taking off laitance, old coating residue and contamination and leaving the open, profiled surface a coating needs to bond.
What sets it apart is the vacuum built into the machine. With a 180 m³/h air flow, 207 mBar of air pressure and 16 L of collection capacity, the S300 pulls dust away at the grinding head, so there is no separate extractor to hire and the floor is ready for priming rather than a clean-down. The grinder is rated 380 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, the vacuum 220 V, 4.5 A, and the machine weighs 102 kg.
It is bought by epoxy and PU applicators, industrial flooring contractors and facility teams coating floors in factories, pharmaceutical and food plants, warehouses, hospitals and car parks.
The S300 profiles; the GT250 removes. On a sound slab, a new floor or one that has already been scarified, the S300 gives the flatter, finer surface a thin epoxy system needs. Where a thick coating or a step has to come off, the GT250 cuts through it in fewer passes, and the S300 follows to finish.
At 300 mm the S300 is sized for coating preparation, room by room and around columns and plant. For large open floors, polished concrete or heavy grinding, our GT330 and GT460 polishing and grinding machines and the XINGYI range from 550 mm to 955 mm cover more area per hour.
Coating work often happens in buildings that stay in use: a running factory, a hospital wing, a food plant. Dry grinding without extraction is not acceptable there. The on-board vacuum keeps dust at the head, and emptying the 16 L collector at regular intervals keeps suction up through the shift.
