Bar Bending & Stirrup Bending Machines

Topall Impex began in 2008 with rebar processing equipment, and it remains the core of what we do. Our CNC automatic stirrup bending machines take bar straight off the decoiler and produce finished stirrups without manual marking, cutting or bending.

The gain is not only speed but repeatability. At plus or minus 1 mm length tolerance every stirrup in a bundle is identical, so cages assemble on site without adjustment and your bar wastage drops.

We supply, install and service every machine from Delhi, and we hold spares in stock.

Which machine for which bar size

Choose by the bar you bend every day, not the heaviest bar you have ever bent. Paying for capacity you use twice a year is the most common mistake buyers make.

• GTD4-10S — 4 to 8 mm single wire, 4 to 6 mm double wire, 2000 pieces per hour, 1300 kg. Suited to column and beam stirrups on building work.
• GTD5-12D — 4 to 12 mm single wire, 4 to 10 mm double wire, 2400 pieces per hour, 2000 kg. Built for precast yards and infrastructure work where 10 and 12 mm links are routine.

Both bend to 180 degrees, run at 80 m/min traction speed and hold plus or minus 1 mm on length and 1 degree on angle. The real difference is bar diameter and duty, not finish quality.

What an automatic bar bending machine costs

The GTD4-10S runs from about Rs 14,00,000 and the GTD5-12D from about Rs 34,00,000. The gap is not margin — the larger machine carries a heavier frame, a 32 KW rated supply against 20 KW, and drive components rated for 12 mm bar at full speed.

Every price includes delivery, commissioning at your yard and operator training. A machine that nobody on your team can set up is not cheaper, whatever the invoice says.

TMT, rebar and sariya are the same job

Buyers ask for a TMT bar bending machine, a steel bar bending machine, a rebar bending machine or a sariya bending machine, and they usually mean the same equipment. What actually changes the machine you need is bar diameter, whether you feed from a decoiler or from cut lengths, and how many pieces per hour you have to produce.

If you are bending straight lengths rather than making stirrups, tell us — the answer is a different machine, and we would rather say so than sell you a stirrup bender.

Buying from a supplier who services what it sells

We import, stock and service these machines ourselves from Delhi, which means no middleman between you and the people who can fix it. Spares are held here, not ordered against a container. If a machine goes down mid-pour, that difference is the entire difference.
