The GTD5-12D is the larger of our two CNC automatic stirrup bending machines, built for yards where both the bar diameter and the daily output requirement are higher. It bends 4-12 mm TMT bar in single-wire mode and 4-10 mm in double-wire mode, against 4-8 mm and 4-6 mm on the GTD4-10S.
That extra capacity comes with a faster bending speed and a productivity rating of about 2400 pieces per hour, backed by a 32 KW rated total power supply. Length and bending angle tolerances stay at +/-1, so the accuracy does not drop as the machine works heavier bar. At 2000 kg and 3800 x 1140 x 2100 mm it needs a properly planned bay rather than a corner of the yard.

The GTD5-12D bends 4 to 12 mm single wire and 4 to 10 mm double, against 8 mm and 6 mm on the GTD4-10S. It also bends faster — 1000 degrees per second against 800 — which lifts output to 2400 pieces per hour.
This is a precast yard and infrastructure machine. If your work is building stirrups in 8 mm and under, the GTD4-10S does the same job to the same tolerance for less than half the price, and the larger machine would be capacity you pay for and never use.
Rated total power is 32 KW with average running consumption near 5 KW. Size the supply for the rated figure. The machine is 3800 x 1140 x 2100 mm and weighs 2000 kg, so it needs a proper foundation slab, decoiler clearance and space to stack output.
At this level the machine is a production line, not a tool, and downtime is the real cost rather than the purchase price. That is the reason we hold control and drive spares in Delhi and service what we import ourselves — a controller sourced against a container is weeks of stopped production.
