Established in 2008, Topall Impex is one of India’s leading providers of construction equipment and flooring machines. We supply rebar processing machines, compaction equipment and concrete flooring machines to contractors who cannot afford for the equipment to be the reason a pour runs late.
The range covers the full sequence on site. Rebar processing — bar bending and CNC stirrup bending machines that cut and shape steel to drawing. Compaction — vibratory rollers and plate compactors for sub-grade, trenches and pathways. Concrete flooring — ride-on power trowels and laser guided levelling machines for warehouse and industrial floors that have a flatness specification to meet.
What separates us is not a slogan. We import direct as the exclusive India partner for five manufacturers, so nothing sits between the factory and your site. We hold spares in Delhi rather than ordering them after something breaks. And we commission every machine and train the operator before we leave — because a levelling machine set up wrong will not hold flatness, however good the machine is.
We work under the direction of people who have spent years in this trade, and we publish exactly what the manufacturer publishes. No inflated numbers to win an order. Our customers range from PWD and MCD contractors to national infrastructure names, and most of them meet us first through rebar equipment — the part of the business we know best.

How it started
With real estate booming and the landscape of Delhi NCR changing fast, a young entrepreneur wanted a part in it. In 2008, soon after college, he began visiting construction sites to understand why the machinery mattered.
Our proprietor, Mr. Nitesh Chhajer, formed Topall Impex and started the journey with rebar processing equipment. That is still the part of the business we know best, and it is still where most of our customers meet us first.
