The GTD4-10S is a CNC-controlled automatic stirrup bending machine that takes rebar straight off the decoiler and turns out finished stirrups without manual marking, cutting or bending. It handles 4-8 mm TMT bar in single-wire mode and 4-6 mm in double-wire mode, bending up to 180 degrees at a bending speed of 800 degrees per second.
The reason contractors move to a machine like this is repeatability. Length tolerance holds at +/-1 mm and bending angle tolerance at +/-1, which means every stirrup in a bundle is identical and the cage assembles without adjustment on site. Output runs at roughly 2000 pieces per hour against a rated total power of 20 KW, with average consumption around 4.5 KW.

The GTD4-10S handles 4 to 8 mm on single wire and 4 to 6 mm on double. The GTD5-12D extends that to 12 mm single and 10 mm double, and lifts output from 2000 to 2400 pieces per hour. Both hold the same plus or minus 1 mm on length and 1 degree on angle, so finished quality is identical.
Buy on the bar you bend routinely. If 10 and 12 mm links are a regular part of your schedule, the larger machine is the correct answer; if they appear occasionally, subcontracting those and running the GTD4-10S is usually the better economics.
Rated total power is 20 KW, though average consumption in normal running is about 4.5 KW. Provide for the rated figure, not the average — an undersized supply shows up as tripping under peak bending load, not as a steady problem.
Allow floor space for 2600 x 880 x 1700 mm plus decoiler clearance and a run-out area for finished stirrups. The machine weighs 1300 kg and wants a level, solid floor.
