Topall Impex supplies construction machinery to customers across India from our base in Pitampura, Delhi. This policy explains how machines are priced for delivery, how they are dispatched and what to check when a machine reaches your site. The quotation, purchase order and invoice agreed for your order always take precedence over this page.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every state and union territory in India. Machines are dispatched from Delhi through established road transport partners, or you may arrange your own transporter to collect the machine from us.
Prices and freight
Prices shown on this website are starting prices, ex-works Delhi. They exclude GST, freight, transit insurance, loading and unloading, installation and optional accessories. Freight to your location is quoted separately and shown in the written quotation before you confirm the order, so you know the delivered cost in advance.
Dispatch time
Machines in stock are normally dispatched after the order is confirmed in writing and payment is received as per the quotation. The expected dispatch date is stated in the quotation. Timelines are estimates given in good faith and depend on stock, transport availability and site readiness. Machines that are imported or built to order carry a longer lead time, which we confirm before you place the order.
Transit time
Transit time depends on the distance from Delhi and the transporter. Once the machine is dispatched we share the transporter name and the consignment (LR) number so you can track the shipment.
Transit insurance
Transit insurance is available on request and is quoted with freight. Where you arrange your own transporter, the risk in the machine passes to you when it is handed over to your transporter at our premises.
Receiving the machine
Please inspect the packing and the machine when it arrives, before you sign the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage or a missing item, note it on the transporter's delivery receipt and inform us in writing with photographs as soon as possible, so we can take it up with the transporter and the insurer.
Installation and operator training
Where installation, commissioning or operator training is included, it is stated in the quotation. Correct commissioning matters for machines such as laser levelling machines and ride-on power trowels, and our team will guide you through it.
