Topall Impex supplies industrial construction machinery against a specification agreed with each customer, and many machines are commissioned on site. This policy explains how returns, refunds and claims are handled. The quotation, purchase order and invoice agreed for your order always take precedence over this page.
No returns on delivered machines
Machines are not sold on a trial or return basis. Once a machine has been delivered in the agreed specification, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange because you changed your mind. Please confirm the model, specification and accessories with our team in writing before you place the order.
Wrong or damaged machine
If the machine delivered is not the model or specification in your order, or it arrives damaged in transit, inform us in writing with photographs as soon as possible after delivery. We will inspect the claim and arrange a repair, replacement of the affected part or replacement of the machine, as appropriate. Transit damage should also be noted on the transporter's delivery receipt; see our Shipping Policy.
Warranty claims
Machines carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, as stated in the quotation and the documentation supplied with the machine. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, consumables such as blades, pans and diamond segments, damage from incorrect operation, unauthorised repair, or use outside the machine's rated capacity. Any fault is handled as a warranty claim, not a return. Raise it with us in writing with photographs and the machine serial number and we will attend to it.
Cancellations and refunds
An order can be cancelled in writing before the machine is dispatched. Whether an advance paid is refundable, and any deductions for machines imported or built to your order, is set out in the quotation for that order. Where a refund is due, it is paid to the account from which the payment was received.
