The FVR 1200 is the machine Ahmedabad contractors take on when the work is base course, highway stretches, industrial yards or anything where thin lifts and repeated passes are costing you days. At 50 KN centrifugal force and 1200 kg it compacts thicker layers in fewer passes than either smaller FVR.
Working speed runs to 8 km/hr against 4 and 5 on the FVR 600 and 850, so on the open ground typical of Gujarat infrastructure contracts the productivity difference is wider than the price difference suggests.
This is a 2100 x 1000 x 1650 mm machine at 1200 kg. It needs proper transport and a site it can actually get into. Many Ahmedabad jobs that look like roller work are really plate compactor work once you see the access, and we would rather tell you that before delivery than after.
The 60 litre water tank is sized for continuous asphalt work, which is what this machine is for.
Supplied from Delhi and commissioned through our Bakrol facility, with operator training on site. Because this machine tends to run on programme-critical work, we hold its hydraulic and vibration spares rather than ordering them in.
