The HCR100S electric tamping rammer is supplied to Ahmedabad contractors who need trench and footing compaction under a roof or in built-up streets. The 3 kW motor delivers the same 20 kN impact force as the engine model through a 315 × 280 mm shoe, at 460 to 650 blows a minute, with no exhaust, which basement work and residential sites in Ahmedabad and across Gujarat call for.
At 70 kg it is the lightest rammer in the range, and run from a properly rated supply it starts every time and costs less per shift than a petrol machine.
For open road and utility trenches with no supply, the 5 HP petrol engine HCR100 carries the same 20 kN at 90 kg and is the better choice in Ahmedabad.
