The LS-325 walk behind laser guided levelling machine is supplied to industrial flooring contractors in Ahmedabad who need a certifiable flatness rather than a floor that looks level. It runs Topcon laser control over a 2.6 m working length and holds ground flatness to about 2 mm, with elevation error inside roughly 7 mm over 100 m.
Output is 200 to 350 square metres an hour, and realistically 800 to 1000 square metres in a working day once setup, calibration and concrete supply are counted.
At 230 kg it works around columns, into bays and through doorways. A large stand-on machine covers more open area, but on the warehouse extensions, factory bays and cold storage rooms typical of Ahmedabad and Gujarat projects, the LS-325 finishes more square metres in a day precisely because it can get into the shape of the pour.
A levelling machine only holds flatness if it is calibrated against a correctly set laser and the operator understands slope adjustment. We commission on your Ahmedabad slab, calibrate against your instrument and train the operator before handover.
