The CQF40 concrete cutter is supplied to highway, airport and industrial pavement contractors working in Hyderabad and across Telangana. With a 20 in to 40 in blade range, a 400 mm cutting depth and 13 to 30 hp of engine or motor power, it is the machine for sections that a 28 in blade cannot get through in one pass.
For municipal road crossings and patch repairs around Hyderabad, the CQF28 at 220 mm depth is the more economical machine; the CQF40 is for thick pavement only.
At this size the blade, not the machine, is the expense, so we specify the blade bond against the aggregate used on your Hyderabad job and hold blades in Delhi. Machines are delivered from Delhi to your site, and our Dhollapally team commissions the cutter and trains the operator on feed rate and water supply for full-depth work.
