The GTD5-12D is the machine for precast yards and infrastructure contractors in Mumbai working in heavier bar. It bends 4 to 12 mm on single wire and 4 to 10 mm on double at 2400 pieces per hour, holding plus or minus 1 mm on length and 1 degree on angle.
Bending speed runs at 1000 degrees per second against 800 on the GTD4-10S, which is where the extra output comes from.
If your Mumbai work is building stirrups in 8 mm and under, the GTD4-10S produces the same quality to the same tolerance for well under half the price. Capacity you use twice a year is the most expensive thing on a rebar line. We will say so rather than quote you the larger machine by default.
