The HGD12 electric concrete placing boom is supplied to Mumbai contractors pouring floor slabs with a stationary pump. It takes the 125 mm line from the pump and places concrete anywhere within a 12–14 m radius, slewing through 360° at a spreading height of 1–5 m. Two 0.75 KW motors run it on 3 phase, 415 V, and it weighs 1200 KGS — a machine that stays on a Maharashtra tower job for the whole structure.
Once the frame is up, the ZLP 800 suspended platform carries the facade work that follows.
