The GTD4-10S automatic stirrup bending machine is supplied to fabricators and contractors in Ahmedabad who are still cutting and bending stirrups by hand and losing both time and bar to it. It takes 4 to 8 mm on single wire and 4 to 6 mm on double, straight off the decoiler, at 2000 pieces per hour.
Every stirrup comes out within plus or minus 1 mm on length and 1 degree on angle, so cages assemble without adjustment and offcut wastage drops sharply.
A manual line in Ahmedabad producing building stirrups needs marking, cutting, bending and checking, and the tolerance is whatever the operator manages that day. This machine removes all four steps and holds the tolerance regardless of shift, which is what makes the output usable straight from the machine.
Rated total power is 20 KW even though average running draw is nearer 4.5 KW — size the supply for the rated figure or you will trip under peak bending load. Allow for a 2600 x 880 x 1700 mm machine at 1300 kg on a level floor, plus decoiler clearance and space to stack finished stirrups.
We install and commission in your yard and train your operator on programming before we leave. On an automatic bender that training is the whole investment — a machine nobody can set up produces nothing. Control and wear spares are held in Delhi with Bakrol coordinating service across Gujarat.
