The FVR 600S is the entry model in the FVR vibrating roller range: a single-drum walk-behind mini road roller with 15 kN centrifugal force, a 5 HP engine, hydraulic drive and manual start, at an operating weight of 280 kg. The drum is 430 × 600 mm, it vibrates at 70 Hz, works at 0 to 4 km/h and climbs a 25 per cent grade. It is the roller for the contractor whose work is footpaths, kerb lines, driveway patches and small yard areas — jobs where a 550 kg machine is more roller than the job needs and a plate compactor is not enough.

At 280 kg it is the lightest roller Topall Impex supplies, which matters twice: once when it goes on and off a pickup, and again every time it has to turn round at the end of a narrow footpath. Manual start keeps the machine simple, with no battery to go flat between jobs.

Supplied from Delhi with spares in stock and commissioning at your site.

FVR 600S or FVR 600

From the 600S side, the FVR 600 is the step up in every number: 30 kN against 15 kN, a 10 HP engine against 5 HP, electric start, 550 kg against 280 kg, and two vibrating drums against one on the same 430 × 600 mm size. That is the machine for trench lines, approach roads and municipal repair, where the extra force and weight bring soil and asphalt to density in fewer passes. The 600S is the right buy when your compaction is light — bedding, paths, patches — and when the roller has to be moved by hand and truck more often than it is run. If you are not sure which side of that line your work sits, the FVR 600 is the safer choice; the FVR 650D at 25 kN sits between the two.

Manual start, hydraulic drive, 15 kN

Manual start is one less thing to fail on a machine that may sit between jobs for weeks. Hydraulic drive is the same system used across the FVR range: smooth forward and reverse under load, which is exactly what you need when working up to a kerb or reversing off a fresh patch without tearing it. Fifteen kilonewtons at 70 Hz is enough for paver bedding, granular sub-base in thin layers and small asphalt patches; it is not a base course machine. Keep the drum wet from the 30 litre tank on asphalt or it picks up bitumen.

What is included

Delivery, commissioning and operator training. Vibration bearing, hydraulic hoses and drum scraper are held in Delhi, the same as for the rest of the FVR range.

Construction machinery mein purchase ke saath after-sales bhi equally important hota hai. Topall ke case mein commissioning aur operator training properly mili. Spare availability ke baare mein bhi team clear thi, isliye overall experience positive raha.

S
Sanjay Sharma Infrastructure Contractor, Noida

Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
