The GW20 is the three-phase version of our compact stirrup bending machine. It bends 4 to 16 mm bar to 90° and 135° at 25 to 30 r/min with automatic angle feed from a 2.2 kW motor on a 415 V supply, and weighs 95 kg at 830 × 550 × 830 mm. It is a dedicated ring and tie bender for a yard that already has three-phase power for its bar bender and cutter.
It is bought by contractors who want stirrups made on a machine built for them rather than on the big bender, which is slow on small bar and ties up the machine that should be bending columns. Set the stops once for the stirrup size and one operator turns out identical rings with properly closed 135° hooks all day.

Same machine, different supply. The GW20 runs on 415 V three-phase at 95 kg; the GW20S runs on 220 V single phase at 90 kg. Capacity, angles, speed and motor power are the same. From the GW20's side the case is simple: if your yard already has a three-phase connection for the bar bender and cutter, put the stirrup machine on it and keep the single-phase circuits for lighting and tools. If there is no three-phase supply, or the machine will travel between small sites, buy the GW20S instead.
Both are operator-fed machines. For volume past a few hundred stirrups a day, the CNC GTD4-10S and GTD5-12D in the same category straighten from coil and produce 2,000 to 2,400 pieces an hour.
On a 415 V supply the 2.2 kW motor draws a modest current and starts cleanly, so the GW20 can share a bar yard's connection with a bender and a cutter without tripping. It bends the top of the range — 16 mm — without slowing.
The turntable runs at 25 to 30 r/min. Set the 90° stop for the corners and the 135° stop for the hooks, and the machine repeats them for the whole bundle. Checking the first ring against the drawing and then leaving the stops alone is the whole skill.
