The FVR 600 vibrating roller is supplied across Hyderabad and the wider Telangana region for road, municipal and site compaction. At 30 KN centrifugal force and 550 kg it handles the work most contractors in Hyderabad actually run into: kerbside compaction, trench reinstatement after utility work, approach roads and the confined corners a ride-on roller cannot reach.
With a 70 Hz vibration frequency, hydraulic drive and a 35 litre water tank for asphalt work, it consolidates soil, gravel and aggregate to a density that holds under traffic rather than rutting through the first monsoon.
Most city work is not open carriageway. It is a trench across a lane, a patch outside a gate, a footpath reinstatement with parked vehicles on both sides. At 1370 x 980 mm the FVR 600 gets into that work and still leaves the surface at proper density.
