The QA35-12 is the heaviest of our three iron worker / multi-cutter machines: 600 kN of maximum punching force, a 36 mm cutter stroke, 30 cuts a minute and a 4 kW motor rated 380 V, 50 Hz, in a 900 kg frame. It puts that force behind a punching station, flat-bar shear, angle shear, bar shear and notcher, so thick plate and large sections that stall a lighter machine go through in one stroke.
It is bought by structural fabricators and the workshops of large contractors: anyone making heavy connections, thick base plates, crane rail and gantry components, or shearing large angle by the tonne. The QA35-12 is chosen because the sections are big and the volume steady.

The three machines share one layout and the same 30 cuts a minute; what separates them is force, stroke, motor and mass. Against the QA35-10 — 500 kN, 30 mm, 3 kW, 700 kg — the QA35-12 adds 100 kN, 6 mm of stroke, a kilowatt and 200 kg. Against the QA32-8 — 360 kN, 27 mm, 2.2 kW, 500 kg — it has two-thirds more force. From the QA35-12's side: if the thickest plate and largest angle on your drawings are routine, buy the machine that punches and shears them without effort. If they are occasional, the QA35-10 covers most of the work at lower cost, and the QA32-8 is for light bracketry only.
The force comes from the flywheel rather than straight from the motor. The 4 kW motor keeps a belt-driven flywheel at speed between strokes, and each stroke releases that stored energy at the cutter. Let the full 36 mm stroke finish before the next piece goes in; a thick section fed mid-stroke is what chips blades.
Give the 900 kg machine a solid level floor and clearance on every side for long sections through the shears. Punches, dies and blades are quick changes; keep die clearance matched to plate thickness and the punching station will hold its hole quality.
