The BT-900-2PF H24 is Beton Trowel's low-rider ride-on power trowel: two rotors carrying 8 blades, a Honda GX690 24 HP engine, blade rotation from 0 to 140 rpm and a dry weight of 275 kg. At 1940 × 990 × 1040 mm it stands only 1040 mm high, which is what low rider means — the seat and engine sit down close to the rotors, the centre of gravity is low, and the machine is compact for loading, ramping and moving between slabs.

It is bought by contractors who want ride-on productivity on floors that a heavier, taller machine is awkward to get to — upper floors, podium slabs reached by a ramp, and sites where lifting equipment is not on hand on the day of the pour. At 275 kg it is the lightest ride-on in our range, and float pans are supplied.

Topall Impex is the exclusive India partner for Beton Trowel and supplies the BT-900-2PF with commissioning, training and spares from Delhi.

BT-900-2PF or QUM-80

Both are Honda GX690 24 HP, 8-blade twin-rotor ride-ons, so the finishing capability is comparable. The QUM-80 weighs 310 kg on a 1900 × 915 mm working width, stands 1320 mm high and is the machine we have sold in the largest numbers. The BT-900-2PF weighs 35 kg less and sits 280 mm lower, which is the whole argument: if the slab is on the ground floor with open access, either machine works and the QUM-80 is the familiar choice; if the machine has to be ramped or moved through a low opening, the Beton low rider is the one that gets onto the floor with less fuss.

Why a low rider

A conventional ride-on trowel is a tall machine and much of its weight sits high. The low-rider design brings the mass down over the rotors, so the machine feels steadier through turns and puts its weight into the pans during floating, where weight is what does the work.

Blade speed and consumables

Rotation is variable from 0 to 140 rpm, so the operator can creep the rotors while floating a soft slab and open up to 140 rpm for the burnishing pass. Eight blades and the float pans are wear items; Beton Trowel blades and pans are held in Delhi, and the Honda GX690 is serviced across India.

What is included

Delivery, site commissioning and operator training, including timing the first pass against the slab rather than the clock. Spares are stocked in Delhi.

Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
