The QUM-78HA is a Dynamic ride-on power trowel with a 1890 × 916 mm working diameter, a Honda GX690 engine rated at 17.9 kW / 24 hp, and hydraulic angle adjustment with hydraulic control. It weighs 365 kg, carries 12 litres of fuel and runs its rotors at 150 to 155 rpm.

It is bought by flooring contractors who already run ride-ons and want hydraulic blade pitch: the operator changes the angle of the blades from the seat under hydraulic control instead of working a mechanical linkage, which makes the change from floating to finishing quicker and more repeatable across a long pour.

Topall Impex was the first importer to bring ride-on trowels into India and is the exclusive India partner for Dynamic. The QUM-78HA is supplied, commissioned and serviced from Delhi.

QUM-78HA or QUM-80

Both run the Honda GX690 24 HP with a 12 litre tank and cover almost the same width — 1890 × 916 mm against the QUM-80's 1900 × 915 mm. The QUM-80 works at 120 to 140 rpm with 8 combination blades on 2 manganese steel pans and weighs 310 kg; it is the machine we have sold longest and the safe first buy. The 78HA is 55 kg heavier, turns 150 to 155 rpm and adds hydraulic angle control, so it suits a contractor who wants faster blade-pitch changes and more machine weight on the pans during floating. For very large open floors look past both to the QUM-96 with 36 hp and 2440 mm.

Hydraulic angle control

Blade pitch is what separates a floated slab from a burnished one. Flat blades float; pitched blades close and polish. On the QUM-78HA both the adjustment and the control mode are hydraulic, so the operator sets pitch precisely and identically on both rotors, pass after pass, without leaving the seat. On a slab written to a flatness specification that consistency shows up in the reading.

Engine and speed

The Honda GX690 is an air-cooled, four-cycle petrol engine with a 3600 rpm maximum, serviced in every district of India. A rotor speed of 150 to 155 rpm gives a fast final pass on stiff concrete late in the window, when the burnish is made.

What is included

Delivery, site commissioning and operator training, including reading the slab so the machine goes on when the concrete takes weight and not before. Wear parts and Honda GX690 spares are stocked in Delhi.

Construction machinery mein purchase ke saath after-sales bhi equally important hota hai. Topall ke case mein commissioning aur operator training properly mili. Spare availability ke baare mein bhi team clear thi, isliye overall experience positive raha.

Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
