Topall ke machines ka biggest benefit mujhe project productivity mein dikha. Site requirement ke according machine select karne mein team ne support kiya aur installation ke baad operators ko proper briefing mili.

Tell us the material, the area and the specification you have to meet. We will tell you which machine fits — and which one is more than you need.
The QA32-8 is the entry model of our three iron worker / multi-cutter machines: 360 kN of maximum punching force, a 27 mm cutter stroke, 30 cuts a minute and a 2.2 kW motor rated 380 V, 50 Hz, in a 500 kg machine. An iron worker combines a punching station, a flat-bar shear, an angle shear, a round and square bar shear and a notcher on one frame, so it does the work of a punch press, a guillotine and a saw for site steelwork.
It is bought by contractors and workshops making brackets, base plates, formwork hardware, handrail, cleats and stiffeners — the flat, angle and plate work that surrounds a concrete structure. At 500 kg it is the lightest of the three, for the workshop whose sections are modest and whose volume does not justify a larger machine.
Supplied, installed and serviced by Topall Impex from Delhi, with punches, dies and blades in stock.
QA32-8, QA35-10 or QA35-12
All three cycle at 30 cuts a minute; force, stroke, motor and weight step up together. The QA32-8 gives 360 kN with a 27 mm stroke on 2.2 kW at 500 kg. The QA35-10 gives 500 kN with a 30 mm stroke on 3 kW at 700 kg, and the QA35-12 gives 600 kN with a 36 mm stroke on 4 kW at 900 kg. From the QA32-8's side the choice rests on the thickest plate and largest section you punch and shear routinely. For light bracketry and thin plate, 360 kN does it at the lowest price. If thick plate and large angle are weekly work, the extra 140 to 240 kN of the larger two is worth paying for.
Motor and flywheel drive
The QA32-8 is a mechanical machine. The 2.2 kW motor drives a flywheel through a belt, and the stored energy is released at the cutter on each stroke, which is how a small motor delivers 360 kN. Stroke and rate are fixed, so output depends on how quickly the next piece is presented.
Stations and tooling
Each station takes its own tooling — punches and dies in the punching station, blades in the shears. Match the punch to the hole size on the drawing and keep the die clearance right for the plate thickness; a worn die produces a burred hole that has to be dressed.
What is included
Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training on each station and on tool changes. Punches, dies and blades are held in Delhi.

What Contractors Say About Topall Impex
Construction machinery mein purchase ke saath after-sales bhi equally important hota hai. Topall ke case mein commissioning aur operator training properly mili. Spare availability ke baare mein bhi team clear thi, isliye overall experience positive raha.
Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
Topall ke saath mera experience sirf machine delivery tak nahi raha. Machine site par commission karna aur operator ko practically samjhana unka strong point laga. Equipment lene ke baad confidence raha ki issue aaye to support available hai.
