The CWT24 is a 600 mm walk-behind power trowel on a Honda GX160 at 5.5 hp, weighing 53 kg. It is the small machine of the range, built for the work a larger rotor cannot get to: the strip along a wall, the ring around a column, corridors, plant rooms, lift pits and small rooms where a 1000 mm trowel will not turn.
It is bought as a second machine by contractors who already run a CWT40 or a ride-on and want the perimeter finished to the same standard as the field, and as the only machine by finishers whose work is small commercial and residential slabs.

Same Honda GX160 at 5.5 hp; the difference is 600 mm and 53 kg against 1000 mm and 85 kg. The CWT40 covers a small floor in far fewer passes and is the machine to buy if you buy one. The CWT24 reaches 200 mm closer to each wall on every side, turns inside a corridor and can be lifted into a plant room by one person. On a floor with a lot of edge the pair finish it together; on a floor that is all edge, the CWT24 alone is the right tool.
The BT-60H is Beton Trowel's 600 mm edger, and on paper the two are the same machine: 600 mm, Honda GX160 at 5.5 hp, 53 kg. What you pay for on the BT-60H is the Beton build and the Beton parts line, which suits a contractor standardised on Beton machines; the CWT24 is the unbranded route to the same 600 mm rotor at the same weight.
The perimeter is where a client's inspector walks first, and it is where a floor finished by a big machine is most often let down by hand floating. Running a 600 mm trowel after the main machine, with the blade pitch matched, leaves no visible line between edge and field.
