The GT-630 is a walk-behind concrete floor grinding machine with a 600 mm working width and a 7.5 kW motor matched to a 7.5 kW inverter. It takes a new slab from rough to flat, strips old coatings and tile adhesive, and with a change of tooling goes on to hone and polish the same floor.
The inverter is what makes it versatile. Mill speed is adjustable from 0 to 1800 rpm, so the operator can run slowly with metal-bond segments for heavy removal and bring the speed up for resin pads at the polishing stage. It runs on a 380 V three-phase supply and weighs 240 kg, enough to keep the tooling biting while still manageable on a ramp or in a goods lift.
It is bought by flooring contractors who want a 600 mm class machine without the bulk of a larger planetary grinder, and by factory maintenance teams resurfacing shop floors between production runs.
Against the XINGYI GX65, the GT-630 gives up 38 mm of width and 2 kW of motor power but is 65 kg lighter. On a basement, a mezzanine or any floor reached by lift, that weight difference decides which machine can get to the work. On an open warehouse slab of several thousand square metres, the GX65's extra width and 9.5 kW earn their keep.
Against the XINGYI 580-2, which has the same 7.5 kW motor, the GT-630 grinds 20 mm wider and adds variable speed. The 580-2 runs at a fixed 1460 rpm; the GT-630 can be slowed right down for aggressive cutting or taken up to 1800 rpm for finishing.
Most floor faults come from running the wrong speed for the tooling. Too fast on metal segments and they glaze over instead of cutting; too slow on resin pads and the floor never takes a shine. With 0–1800 rpm on the inverter, one machine covers the whole grinding and polishing sequence.
The GT-630 needs a 380 V three-phase connection able to carry a 7.5 kW load. Check the site distribution board first; a weak supply or a long, thin extension lead will trip the inverter.
Delivery, commissioning on site, and operator training on speed selection and tooling changes. Diamond segments, pads and wear parts are held in Delhi, so a floor programme does not wait on an import.
