The GT460 is a concrete polishing and grinding machine with a 460 mm working width and six grinding wheels driven by a 4 kW motor. It sits between the small edge-and-room machines and the 600 mm class grinders, and suits contractors whose jobs are mostly shops, offices, apartments and mid-sized commercial floors.
It carries a 1.8 kW vacuum motor on board, more than twice the 750 W of the smaller GT330, and runs on a 380 V supply with 1440 r/min printed on its inverter line. At 165 kg it keeps steady pressure on the tooling but still fits a goods lift and the back of a pickup.
Six wheels across a 460 mm head spread the load evenly, which leaves a more uniform scratch pattern at the honing and polishing stages, the stages where a polished floor is either made or spoilt.
Same 4 kW motor, same 1100×460×980 mm body. The GT460 grinds 130 mm wider, carries twice as many grinding wheels and has a vacuum motor of 1.8 kW against 750 W. The price of that is 45 kg of extra weight. Choose the GT460 when the floor is open enough to use the width, and keep a GT330 for stairs, landings and small rooms.
If the floor runs into thousands of square metres, the 7.5 kW GT-630 at 600 mm, or the XINGYI GX65 at 638 mm, will finish sooner. The GT460 is the better buy when jobs are smaller, when a 4 kW load is easier to supply on site than a 7.5 kW one, or when the machine has to move between floors every week.
The 1.8 kW vacuum motor handles dust during dry grinding, so the operator can see the floor and other trades can keep working nearby. On long runs, add a separate HTG industrial vacuum for filtering and bagging at volume.
Delivery, commissioning at your site, and operator training covering wheel changes, grit sequence and daily checks. Grinding wheels, pads and spare parts are held in Delhi.
