The 175B is a XINGYI single disc polishing machine with a 17 inch disc, a 2 HP motor and a steady 175 rpm. It runs on a 220 V / 50 Hz supply through a 12 m cable, so it works in buildings where there is no three-phase connection and no room for a generator.
At 55 kg it is the lightest machine in our flooring range. One person can load it, take it up in a passenger lift and move it from room to room without help. Topall Impex is the exclusive India partner for XINGYI and supplies the 175B with parts and pads from Delhi.
It is bought by facility management companies, housekeeping contractors, marble and stone polishers, and flooring crews who need a finishing and maintenance machine to follow the grinders.
Both run a 17 inch disc at 175 rpm on 220 V with a 12 m cable. The 175B has a 2 HP motor and weighs 55 kg; the 78K has 3 HP and weighs 78 kg. For routine scrubbing, pad polishing and upkeep of finished floors, the 175B does the job and is far easier to handle. Move up to the 78K when the work is harder stone, heavier pads or long days of continuous use.
At 175 rpm one operator can control the machine with the handle alone, and the pad stays flat on the floor instead of skating. It is the speed for scrubbing, marble and terrazzo polishing and pad work on concrete, not for heavy stock removal. That is the job of the GT and GX grinders.
Most occupied buildings, homes, hotels and hospitals do not offer a 380 V outlet on every floor. A 220 V machine with 12 m of cable reaches a whole room from one socket, and that is often what makes a night-time or weekend job possible at all.
