Not sure this is the right size?

Tell us the material, the area and the specification you have to meet. We will tell you which machine fits — and which one is more than you need.

The QA35-10 is the middle model of our three iron worker / multi-cutter machines, with 500 kN of maximum punching force, a 30 mm cutter stroke and a 3 kW motor rated 380 V, 50 Hz, in a 700 kg frame. It carries a punching station, a flat-bar shear, an angle shear, a bar shear and a notcher, so a single operator handles the plate, flat and angle work that a site or fabrication workshop produces every day without a separate punch press, guillotine and saw.

It is bought by workshops that have outgrown light bracketry — fabricators making structural connections, heavier base plates, gantry parts and formwork frames — but whose volume and section sizes do not yet call for the heaviest machine. It is the model most often chosen by contractors setting up a proper steel workshop beside a rebar yard.

Installed and serviced by Topall Impex from Delhi; punches, dies and blades are stocked here.

QA35-10, QA32-8 or QA35-12

The QA35-10 sits between the entry QA32-8 — 360 kN, 27 mm stroke, 2.2 kW, 500 kg — and the heavy QA35-12 at 600 kN, 36 mm stroke, 4 kW and 900 kg, and all three run at 30 cuts a minute. From the QA35-10's side the case is balance: 140 kN and 3 mm of stroke more than the entry model handle thicker plate and larger angle, without the price and extra 200 kg of the largest machine. Choose the QA32-8 if your work is light and occasional; choose the QA35-12 if thick plate and large sections are the norm rather than the exception.

Belt, flywheel and 3 kW

Drive is mechanical: the 3 kW motor keeps a belt-driven flywheel up to speed, and each 30 mm stroke draws on that stored energy to reach 500 kN. Electrical demand is therefore modest for the force delivered, on a 380 V, 50 Hz three-phase supply.

Stations and tooling

Each station carries its own tooling — punches and dies, shear blades, notcher blades — and the operator moves between them without changing the machine over. Keep die clearance matched to plate thickness and blades sharp; both are quick changes with the tooling we hold in Delhi.

What is included

Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training on every station and on tool changes. Tooling for every station is held in Delhi.

What Contractors Say About Topall Impex

M
Manoj Verma Flooring Contractor, Delhi NCR

Topall ke machines ka biggest benefit mujhe project productivity mein dikha. Site requirement ke according machine select karne mein team ne support kiya aur installation ke baad operators ko proper briefing mili.

R
Rajesh Jain Civil Contractor, Gurgaon

Construction machinery mein purchase ke saath after-sales bhi equally important hota hai. Topall ke case mein commissioning aur operator training properly mili. Spare availability ke baare mein bhi team clear thi, isliye overall experience positive raha.

S
Sanjay Sharma Infrastructure Contractor, Noida

Humne Topall se different categories ki machines dekhi aur requirement ke according model select kiya. Sales team ne sirf expensive model push nahi kiya, site requirement samajhkar option suggest kiya. Ye approach achhi lagi.
